Kite Hill, Santa Cruz
This new home and landscape, on a hillside above Pasatiempo Golf Club with expansive views of Monterey Bay, replaces the owner’s previous home of many years. The multi level landscape was designed in consultation with the architect to encourage and enhance outdoor entertainment. Stairways, terraces and the lawn make maximum the use of the tight site. Beds, planters, hillsides and transition zones are heavily planted with favorites of the owners tolerant of the coastal environment.
